How to wash a cashmere sweater?

When we have a beloved cashmere sweater, we must be very worried about how to wash and maintain the cashmere sweater. Frist of all , we should know what is cashmere indeed. Cashmere is a kind of precious textile material with low content and the cashmere product is usually expensive,  so you need to take special ways to wash a cashmere sweater.

We usually have two choices: one is to send it to the washing shop, the other is to wash it by hand. 

The steps for hand washing are as follows

1. First, open the storage box (bag) of your cashmere sweater and take it out gently.

2. Take a close look at the label of cashmere sweater, focusing on the composition of the clothes, washing instructions, water temperature and drying method. Do not operate blindly and cause loss of clothes.

3. Check whether there is serious dirt. If there is, mark it with adhesive tape. Because cashmere sweater is easy to deform after washing, the chest circumference, length and sleeve length shall be measured and recorded before washing, and the inside shall be turned out.

4. Put the special detergent into 35 ℃ water and mix it evenly. Soak the soaked cashmere sweater for 15-30 minutes. Wash the key dirty parts and collar cuffs with high concentration detergent by squeezing and kneading, and pat the rest parts gently. If there are coffee, juice and blood stains, they should be sent to a special washing and dyeing shop for washing. Don't try your best to play, and it will be bad if you damage your clothes.

5. Jacquard or multicolor cashmere sweater should not be soaked, cashmere sweater of different colors should not be washed together to avoid dyeing.

6. Extrude the water in the cashmere sweater after washing, put it into the dehydration bag, and then dehydrate with the dehydrating cylinder of the washing machine.

7. Spread the dehydrated cashmere sweater on the table with towel quilt, arrange it into the original shape by hand and dry it in the shade. Measure it to the original size with a ruler. Do not hang and expose it to the sun.

8. After drying in the shade, steam iron with medium temperature (about 140 ℃) can be used for ironing. The distance between iron and cashmere sweater is 0.5 ~ 25px. Do not press on it. If other irons are used, towel must be wet;
